Dao Viet Hung

Dr. Dao Viet Hung (born in 1981) has over 10 years of clinical experience in Ophthalmology. He graduated as a Doctor of Medicine in 2011 and completed his Specialist Level I in Ophthalmology at Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2024.

Throughout his career, he has received continuous professional training at leading ophthalmic institutions, including the Vietnam National Eye Hospital. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Hung has held key leadership positions in ophthalmology departments.

Since 2022, he has served as Head of the General Ophthalmology Department, and in 2023, he assumed the role of Head of the Outpatient Department at a specialized eye hospital. In these leadership roles, he was responsible for overseeing clinical operations, managing medical personnel, ensuring quality control in patient care, and developing specialized ophthalmic services. His primary areas of expertise include comprehensive ophthalmic care, oculoplastic and aesthetic eyelid surgery, refractive correction, and intravitreal injection techniques for vitreoretinal diseases. He is committed to precise clinical practice, adherence to professional standards, and patient safety.
